Jeffery A. Neal - President of Applied Utility Services

Mr. Neal Established AUS in February of 2002 after separating from a dry utility consulting company based in Phoenix, AZ, where he served as Senior Project Manager, Nevada Division Manager and Vice President. Mr. Neal has over 28 years in in utility experience with 16 of those years dealing directly with Nevada Power.

Mr. Neal has affiliations with the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and participates on the Utilities Offsite Committee. He also has involved AUS with both the better business bureau and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce

Ronald W. Best - Vice President of Applied Utility Services

Mr. Best has over 23 years experience in utility design/coordination and negotiations. He brings experience in construction of retail/commercial development, custom homes and facilities management. Mr. Best also has experience in preventative and post maintenance scheduling and security/safety programs.

Mr. Best is associated with the Southern Nevada Home Builders and served as president of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors Property Management Committee. He also works with the Boy Scouts of America.
